Music taps into our Soul
Inspiration for your soul - 'they' told me I would be too tall to be a ballerina when I was 11yrs old...if only I'd seen this then. Never let anyone steal your dreams!
Music moves us. As human beings we each live on a certain frequency according to our mood and makeup and when we encounter music that is on our 'wavelength' then our bodies cannot help but respond. Some like jazz, some like heavy metal but when you see groups of people who love the same thing, they move in the same way too.
Dancing is the body's synchronistic response to the vibration of the notes, the energy of the beat, the rhythm, the ebb and flow of the melody. When we are self-conscious about our movements we enjoy the music but it doesn't flow through us. When we let go and allow the sounds to reach our heart and soul, then dance feels magical. Two people dancing together in harmony feels like the connection of two souls.
To see ballet dancers' bodies flowing with the music is a joy to behold, yet seeing troupes of street dancers such as those on Britain's Got Talent recently is just as marvellous.
Dancing can be wonderfully entertaining but to sit and watch feels nothing like doing. Yes, you might be a bit embarrassing to younger members of your family, but your body loves to move.
Your soul loves to dance and there is always time to dance.

- Albert Einstein

There's a vitality, a life force, an energy, a quickening, that is translated through you into action.
And because there is only one of you in all time, this expression is unique and if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium and be lost. The world will not have it.
It is not your business to determine how good it is, nor how valuable, nor how it compares to other expressions. It is your business to keep the channel open. You do not even have to believe in yourself or your work. You have to keep open and aware directly to the urges that activate you.
Keep the channel open. - Martha Graham
Books that have helped me along my journey
Mark Romero - his Music and thoughts on How we create the Life we Desire
Mark Romero brings my passion for romantic Spanish music together with my other passion - living an empowered spiritual life.
"Mark’s music is what we call organizing music. When we look at what Mark’s music does to the physical body, we see an increase in flexibility, strength, coordination, endurance and balance. The music also keeps people in a coherent state when exposed to Electro Magnetic Fields from cell phones and other electronic devices."
- Dr. Ronald Jones, Ph.D.- Former Top-Ranking Consultant to NASA
It works for me and I know it will work for you. Especially great when you need to concentrate and your mind is scattered to the four winds.

Women who Inspire me
Sarah Goss - my Daughter
Sarah is a Woodcarver and Restorer who lives in near Petersfield, Hampshire, UK. Sarah is someone who left school at 18, planned, saved up for and went on a journey alone right across Canada for three months (and had a wonderful time). On her return she followed her heart and studied Restoration and Decorative Studies at the University of Portsmouth for three years, receiving a First Class Honours Degree in 2008.
Sarah loves playing her part in restoring beautiful old buildings to their former glory to be fully appreciated and loved once more. You see her here in front of a beautiful example of a stucco panel on a wall she built in the traditional manner herself (the panel not the big wall!).
Her woodcarving, mainly in oak, is to be treasured and can be made to order. She is truly creative.

Let me introduce Andrea Albright - for all those of you who can't stand looking in the mirror
The above video is an inspirational woman called Andrea Albright. The reason I admire what she is doing is that she is promoting energy, health and looking good, but more than that, she recognises the spirit of life. Her advice is excellent - no faddy diets here.
Katie Piper Foundation - read Katie's Story Here
Katie Piper is one of the most courageous young women I have heard about. At aged 24, this young, beautiful model had her future changed forever after a vicious acid attack destroyed her face.
Supported by her family and friends Katie has endured numerous operations and pain. She exudes beauty and is rebuilding her life slowly but surely and helping other burns victims. A true inspiration to us all.
